Thomas F Borwah

Thomas F. Borwah works with the Board of Directors of ACTS to ensure that the mission and vision of ACTS are achieved. This includes setting up strategies, partnership, reporting and creative engagement with donors. 

He has to his credit Masters in Educational Administration, Supervision and Evaluation and Bachelor of Science in Economics and several certificates in project management, evaluation and leadership. He has been in project management and leadership roles for over fifteen years, both in and out of Liberia. Mr. Borwah has worked for several organizations, including USAID, EU, BMZ, MAP, RTI, Tetra Tech  ARD, ACDI VOCA and Solidarity Center. His key result areas are Results-based management, good governance, and health strengthening system, policy reform, education, food security, income generation, partnership development, quality assurance, supervision and resource mobilization.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Borwah served as Country Program Manage, Medical Assistance Program International He has participated in several researches, including REDRESS financed by UKaid. He is a member of the Liberia Evaluation Association (LEA) and countless research groups including ENDOW. He has travelled to many countries including USA, Germany, Brussels, Ghana, Senegal, and La Cote devoir   His participatory leadership style is an attraction that counts out.
